Good Luck Chuck
This movie is funny, sexy, sweet and entertaining. Charlie (Dane Cook) is a successful dentist but he's cursed with the affliction of having the women he dates fall in love with the next guy they meet after him. Soon enough, he became the "Lucky Charm" for all the other women, and they believe after they sleep with him, they will find the true love.
Finally he met his dream girl Cam (Jessica Alba) and he tried his very best to end the curse so they can be together happily ever after.

To be honest, I was rather dissapointed with the movie, it was not as funny and I expected it more.
If you are expecting something similar to Chow's previous films, this is nothing near that. It is more like a family-oriented film.

I enjoyed this movie too. It shows the great motherly love for daughters but maybe the love is a little bit too much and powerful and controlling, just like the title "Because I said so"
It's always very hard to let go of someone dearie to go out and give them the opportunity to explore the world.

The new movie showing on Feburary, the season of love, is a romantic comedy which I watched together with D, Brian and Dwi. "Definitely, Maybe" is an intriguing love story that captured my heart and attention pretty much.

Elin's first visit @ Harbour Town
She has never been to Harbour Town and definitely not the type of shopping girl. So we decided to go out for shopping together and I hope she will enjoy it eventually. Her attitude reminds me so much of Ying. She used to be really lazy in shopping and being her good sister, I shopped and tried her clothes for her. And she will just stand there and look at me and nod her head if she likes it. :P
I guess shopping is all about getting excited over pretty pretty stuff and owning them to make youself feel pretty. It's all about feelings and emotions actually. I don't get excited over expensive branded stuff, in fact, I don't like it when people spend huge amount of money on a piece of cloth. I always think the money could be more well-spent.
Anyway, to be able to enjoy shopping wholeheartedly, you have to be confident in yourself, regardless of how people look at you, as long as you feel happy about it. But of course, you must wear the appropriate clothings for the right time and location. For instance, we wear swimsuit or bikinis to the beach, we wear casual wear to sports, bbq, we wear formal wear to exclusive restaurants...so on and so on, this is pretty common sense right. But I've seen people wearing the most inappropriate clothing and that is just hilarious.
Alright, back to the shopping experience in Harbour Town. Harbour Town in Australia is famous with its outlet stores that sell cheap and discounted stuff. I must say that I like shopping pretty much, and I am also pretty good in shopping for bargain stuff. *winks*

The most dearest dinner we've ever had.

We spent 2 hours in the restaurant and it was excellent! I have never love Sashimi this much! Not only its Sashimi is appetizing, but all other dishes are very delightful as well.

Ikea on Valentine's day.
Did a little shopping in Ikea together with Kevin, Elin and Maggie. I was actually wanting to get my room a japanese kinda folding door, (as my ensuite doesn't provide any door at all, which is rather inconvenient for me) and so, I thought I want to get a beautiful one, so it acts like a decoration tool to beautify my room as well. But, too bad, I din't manage to get one from Ikea, but I managed to walk away happily with a contemporary clock, 1 set of photo frame, pinkish curtain, curtain holding rod, and an office arm chair for Danny. :))
And thank you to our part time paparazzi who can easily snap alot of candid photos of us while we were there. :P

Poor little thing's sick.
Our little poor thing has been sick for a few weeks now. I guess I am not taking care of her too well until she's got these bumps on her feet which looks sore and swollen. I got onto the internet and found some useful information regarding her bumpy feet. I then quickily made an appointment with veterinary as she indeed needs some serious medication to cure her sore feet.
So we brought her in. She was well checked. And the vet told us that she's just lack of vitamin C, which guinea pigs need alot of it regularly. So this caused her limb joints become enlarged and painful because of internal haemorrhages.
She prescribed two types of medicines which one helps to relieve pains, and another one is antibiotic for maomao. And we were advised to switch her diet to a more healthier choice which consists of 80% of grass, 10% of guinea pig's pet food and another 10% of vitamin C.
And she's now became much more better and I guess she's addicted to drinking medications.
Holding her and feeding her medicines is such a fun thing to do. (well, of course I don't want this to happen anymore) But this had been an interesting experience for us. Just like holding a baby and she even cried when I first fed her. She's such a lovely little thing.
Now she is all recovered and still eat and poo alot! She's designed to be this way. What to do!? hehe

My first time dining out in this exclusive restaurant and the food's really yummy! I love its red curry and Phad Thai. Yum*Yum* I am always a big fan of Thai food, especially Phad Thai. This traditional Thai noodle dish is a combination of a different number of ingredients. Tasted imcomparably delicious!
We ordered quite alot of dishes and in fact, it wasn't expensive at all.
Loved and enjoyed the ambience around the restaurant. :)

New Hair for the New Year.
I was called two days just before Chinese New Year that a hair model is needed for hairstylist's final examination. So I thought I could do this as long as she promised not to cut my hair too short. I think I could trust her skills. hehe
So for the very first time, I experienced the stress and hectic surroundings for those hairstylists to fight for their very final examination. I was very lucky I should say, the gal who styled my hair is pretty good. *Good job! Jessica!
The examiner is pretty strict and very professional. That's why I was being called for second time for unfinished tests due to time deficiency for Jessica.
So dah dah!
For the very first time, I have a few copper red highlights on my hair. Nice? Nice?

Gong Hey Fat Choy!
Chinese New Year is time for big dragons, gatherings, foods and drinks, fireworks, angpows, etc.
However, Chinese New Year in Australia is boring. No big celebration. You couldn't feel Chinese New Year is here already. The atmosphere is so quiet. And I still had to attend for exam on Nian Chu 2. No holidays. No Angpows. Argh! I miss spending Chinese New Year in Malaysia with my gang!
Anyway, we still had 'reunion' dinner together with my housemates. Then hang out at Kevin's place for mahjong after that. ^^
Time flied!
It is the year of RAT already!
I wish my dear friends and family had a joyful and enjoyable Chinese New Year.
I guess my family should be back from their Thailand trip by now. :D
