'Small eyes'

this book is written by a taiwanese female "modernist", Momoko Tao. Her characteristic of daring to speak and act always bring up joys for people around her. This book contains her valuable experiences, daily life's stories , things happened among her friends, and so on.

It is indeed a pleasure to read her interesting stories.. I strongly recommend you guys to read this book, if you wanna know more about woman.....hehehee....In brief, she successfully wrote out most of the woman's point of views, their heartfelt thoughts, and wishes. ^o^

And to understand the sender, if both have mutual understanding, watever messages, whether or not they are conveyed in different manners, both parties will sure be able to understand, if the receiver knows the sender well, he/she will be able to understand. Dont you think so?So its not just the responsibility of the sender to create an effective communication. All in all, both should try to understand one another, try to feel it instead of just listenning, so is not fair if you say that for an effective communication, its all up to the sender. Curly hairs? bye bye

I always enjoy and having lots of fun cutting my own hair. heheheee...this time i cut off my not-so-curly hairs.....and now it is shorter (of cousre i dont dare to cut it real short)and danny said i look much younger...hahaa...erm...although my skills are...*Ahemmn* abit.....ahemmn.....hehee....*embarassed*

i showed mum my new hairstyle , and she said if people take a closer look, they 'll notice that the layers are not so *even* but who cares? haha.....i really enjoy cutting my own hair, donno why.........*blek*

So, What have i done in this few days? i have been busy *reading, half way tru, my new book by momoko. busy enjoying my times at home, carrying out daily tasks, applying for jobs..*Good luck for me* looking for some useful short course to be studied................

OHya... finally we;ve got the photos from JOHN. you know what? this is the 3rd time he posted to ying, Why did he need to post for many times???? Because none of the previous cds can be viewed. Hahahahaa.......either broken or files cannot b found.....=P

Some thoughts to share

There are so many different people in the world. Different people from different culture use different skills to communicate with others.

However, if we apply the same communication styles to different people can lead to endless misunderstandings, so miserable.

How do you communicate with different people?

How do i define communication?

Effective communication occurs when the listerners fully understood the messages being convey by the senders. But do we all undersatand every single words? every ideas when we communicate with people? Not necessary. For instance, a very simple sentence if the tellers say it with different ways, will definitely come out with different meaning.So how do we solve this sort of problem?

In fact, there r two main factors help us to undersatnd every conversations..firstly. what people say, and secondly how people convey the message.

If someone say something with different tone, different expression, but he/she never mean that way he/she spoke , could hurt the listeners indirectly, which will then cause misunderstandings.

Facing different people, we should communicate differently, and use the language or expressions which are understandable by both parties. (sender and receiver) If we never pay attention to this, i suppose that every messages the sender trying to convey will fail....and become meaningless.

Lets say when im communicating with animals, i should use animal language, but not human language. When i talk to babies, i can only use simple signs(body language), or direct expressions to helps to convey my message correctly. For me, a simple sentence could be even more meaningful if this can helps to avoid misunderstanding. Say what you think, show what you feel, and do what you care.

I was having conversation with ying, i felt like i was back to australia\s life, we were discussing,and debating about 'Communication\ issue. hehe.

Communication is the bridge to people's hearts. Without effective communication, every relationship will only consists of 'wondering',and 'hurt feelings'

Dont always expect people to understand wat you were trying to say if you dont say it out.

Yes we all make mistakes, and we all learn from the mistakes.

Everyone has their own way of expressing feelings, and comunicate with people. But if one party fail to convey the message precisely, then i think he/she will have to do his/her own homeworks about communication.

A whole new 2005

Have been raining non-stop since this morning......Havent really got time to sit down and write my diary for the past few days....had been going out with family....and meeting up with my gal friends.....hehehee.....went to Pei wen's house for her mum's yummy jelly last nite...-Thank you-^_^ .i was pretty tired, but im glad that i can still get to meet up with her before she left for singapore.........=) Come back soon, pei wen! =P

A new 2005 means a new starts for my studies and also career. Everybody has been asking me "lei, what do u wanna do since u've already completed yr degree? " "Lei, haf u found job yet?" "Have u ever think of doing master?" Well, After my design degree,I've set myself a goal that i;ll continue studying, probably master or another business degree course....and of cousre i wish i can get a good job too....ehheehee.....

So, people....What is your new yr wish??? ^^. Have u set yr own goal????

Oh ya, one of my friend asked me this question the other night. And i think it is a very interesting "mathematical" kinda IQ question. Spare some times to think about it. -WiNks-
