Dinner of the night

. pork and carrot soup . .stir fry lamb ribs with delicious sauce . . chicken nibbles with sausages.

. fried mixed vegetable . . fresh apple and carrot juice. *So healthy*

YUMMY! Love the soup the most! It was so delicious, after more than 8 hours of cooking in a slow-cooker. *Thanks to mum. She brought me over the very useful slow cooker and the juice extractor as well. *Grinz*

Movie movie, more movies.

I have been watching some very nice movies recently. *at home not in the movie threatre.

One of them 1. the Coach Carter * I really think it is a very inspiring and touching movie. *Thumbs up*

"............A true life story, this is an inspirational account of a controversial high school basketball coach, who received both high praise and staunch criticism when he made national news in 1999 for benching his entire undefeated basketball team for poor academic performance.

The real life Coach Ken Carter of Richmond, California, was selected to carry the Olmpic Flame on Janunary 19, 2002 as it made its way to the Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games.

*Family HOliday Trip* V.01

The summary of our trip- Part one

During the past few days, VIPs came to visit me. I had been very busy with works as well as spending times with the important persons. We took more than 1000 photos together! *Oh no* how am I suppose to post them all up here? Mission impossible ya...*hmmmph*

The story begins with....

Day 1 Brisbane City one day tour by themselves. Yea I had to work, but fortunately my company is located at the centre of Brisbane City, it is so convenient to meet up with them for lunch while they were sightseeing around the city. *hehe* Then after work, I brought them all up to the beautiful Mt Cootha for a magnificent night scene of the whole Brisbane area.

SEA WORLD Gold Coast Australia

It have been almost 10 years since the first time I came to Sea World with my family. Times flied. This time, we get to discover more and more new things in Sea World, with clear thoughts in mind. Different from last time, we were all pretty young, and most of the things we saw doesn't seem to stay in our memory strong and firm. *shame*

1. Dplphin cove - Sea World's own Dolphin Cove is one of the most environmentally friendly lagoon habitats in the world. Through natural dolphin behaviours and exciting shows, we discovered the amazing new insights into the fascinating world of the dolphins. It was a brilliant show.

2. The Dugong Discovery- A "beautiful PIG" marine creature whose numbers are declining. And also, the name Dugong is originated from the Malay language 'duyung' meaning lady of the sea or mermaid. Read more >

3. Shark Bay - The world's biggest man-made lagoon system. We got to see face to face with sharks, stingrays and a range of exotic tropical fish from spectacular above and below water viewing areas. And and, we also get to touch the star fish, sea cucumbers, and some other unknown sea creatures. the experience was awesome!

Finally my web is up and running again! Thanks for those who care and concern about my website, *I told you, be patient! **hehe* The reason why I haven't been blogging is due to some *unknown* reasons of the server. To be honest, even until now, I still do not know what is going on.I have been waiting for a good reply, but seriously I got quite dissapointed. I waited for more than a month...*upset*

Anyway, it is running good now. I hope I won't be facing any problems with this anymore. =)

. the Jakarta meal .

*Before going out for dinner*

I recommend a very delicious, tasty, appetizing Indonesian restaurant named 'Jakarta" in New Farm. There are really good comments about the food. All the dishes we ordered were so deliciously cooked, and the lamb was so tender. *Sluuurrrrp* I was too hungry, and the food were so tempting until I din't even care to take photos of them.

*After dinner's chilling walk at South Bank.

Later, 5 of us went for a walk in Southbank after the delightful dinner.* me, danny, david, li, and how.* The weather was so unexpectedly cold, but it was a good night indeed. Great dinner plus one of the VIPs is arriving on the next day 5.30am. hehe *counting down*

. Little Update.

i love weekends. Always do. But at the same time, I hate it too, because times really fly fast! Before I even realise, it is already Monday! *oh no* alright, I should talk more about my weekend, hehe, I went BBQ , it was such a sunny day! I feel so hot! But I feel even more 'warmer' spending great time with Jennifer and her family. They are all very nice people.Really had a good time.

Then, on Sunday, we went shopping at Indooroopilly again. This time, I managed to get something new for "momo" a new red little cover for her to hide herself inside. *so cute*.
