.Sunday Afternoon.

What a beautiful afternoon I've spent today with the lovely Jin. Had lots of conversation about our stories. Great conversation. We talked about people who we don't understand. 'Weird things' they've done. And this is why in this world, we get along well with certain people easily but you just gonna spend more and more time with other people to get to like them a little bit. Well, I do not know why I sound so depressed recently. I was told by Danny that I have to see the imperfection of people, to take it as a great opportunity to learn from their stories. And hopefully they learn from their mistakes as well. Well, this is the way it is. I guess people are just pamper me too much and I am always being surrounded by beautiful people, *Thank you all for that* ^^ But, everyone should go outside the box when you grow up and this is when you will get to see the big differences between people around you and people in this world. Honest to say, I'm glad that I've met Jin, and she is one kind of those friends that I can really share my minds with. But sad to say, she is leaving for Sydney soon. *sob sob* Ohya, I nearly forgotten, we encountered something funny today. when we were sitting in a park, 2 Australians came to us,Nick and Paulie. They were playing in a band in the market today.and they would like us to go to see their live performance in the alley. At first I felt quite awkward and gauche when they approached. They sat just beside us, so we started to have some conversation. Before they left, one of the guy actually wrote down his phone number and asked us to give him a call for a drink. *hmmmphhh* Well, I can see that they are all very crazy about music, some talented one. I am a glutton

I have been cooking, eating, cooking, eating for the past few days. Cooked some really nice hometown food. Lemon fried chicken, fried choy sum with bean sprout, steam fish, sweet and sour pork, steam egg...*slluuuurrpp* Other than these, I've also been eating lots of junk food. Potato chips, mami, biscuits, chocolates,etc...Ohmygod. How gluttony I am.

Meeting up

Having a great plus meaningful time with these two people in the University of Queensland on Sunday. Jenny went for the open day. She is now making choices of her future university. *ya, she is nearly finish her high school journey* So, we had a short tour in UQ. Spent times walking,talking,wandering around. Then we headed off to city by the 'city cat'. A high speed transportation taking people to all stops of the Brisbane River. The ferry is an ideal transport to allow you to have a great water level view of the Brisbane. The winds were so cold and strong due to the high speed of the travelling ferry. *Grrr* But it is always a great enjoyment to stand outside, either at the front or at the back side of the ferry, although I don't get to travel by city cat that often. It was still wonderful!

Book of the day "After Dark"

Recently,I've finished reading another book by the Japanese novelist Haruki Murakami. A well written novel I would say. Very mysterious yet it leads me to my own imagination world everytime I read. The story is mainly focus on the description of the night after 11:56 pm until the next dawn 6:52am. Another points of view on the darker side of the world. When you are asleep, what do you think the world is doing? It really gives you a fresh practice of looking into different things as an outsider.

It was so cool! Well, you can type in any location and it will bring you satellite images about the specific location. Go on and download the program!

movie of the night

Watched "The others", starring Nicole Kidman. It was good, but the 'freakishly"shoots definitely made me a scaredy-cat. I think I am getting more and more braver with watching horror type movies. Hmm, some of the scenes really made me went "AaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhHH" I meant it, I really screamed out LOUD.

However, very interesting story line. 3 layers of generation of the living and deaths. Unexpected story ending. *good*

*Surfers Paradise*

I had an interview with Billabong in Gold Coast. It was such a great pleasure to visit Billabong, the offices and everything are so nice! *Wonder why do I still go for interview? Sad to say that, the magazine company that I've been working for several weeks isn't going really well as what we expected. So, the design department has been asked to call off for awhile, as they really need to get the sales ready for us.Well, I am not 100% sure how the company going, whether or not do we get to go back and work again?Or I should go for another new job. *hmmphh* To be honest, I really enjoy the working environment in NitesMedia. Everyone has been friendly towards each other, we all worked hard towards the same goal. Hopefully I will get to hear some good news soon. ^^ So, at the mean time, I am having much more free time compare with my working period. The job application with Billabong was sent some times ago before I've got the job with NitesMedia. Surprisingly, they called and it was such a great opportunity for me to go away from Brisbane to Gold Coast. *Grinz*

After the interview, we went to the surfers paradise. We took several pictures, walked in the breeze, window-shopped. It was a cool evening, the only thing isn't very cool about is the laptop that we need to be carrying around. Well, Danny did, not me. *hehe* Ohya, I got myself a chic soldierlike cap.
